During school hours our Youth Worker, works closely with the academy to provide extra support for young people who are disengaged with their education. Our aim is to help support young people on a 1-2-1 and small groups basis. Our mentoring takes an informal approach to build relationships with each individual, to really take the time to get to know them, in order to help them understand themselves. We use the Outcomes Star approach to help facilitate young people’s own self-awareness in order for them to progress and grow.
